ついにあの男が爆発！！本日ＭＶＰ ヒナタ！！ ヒナタの写真はたくさんある！ なぜならカレは私と同じ目立ちたがりだから…  あっ間違えた！ソランだった！  ついに３４秒台に突入！！ 約束どおり★アサノカスタムゴーグルをプレゼントしましょう！ 三ヶ月くらい前か… この約束にいたるまで！ ナカデ！！ヒナタ！！おまえらんであと一秒づづ上げてくれ★ そしてＣのケイイチロウを加えると… まじでＢ男フリーリレーＪＯ切りが見えてくる！！ 合宿で頑張ってさらに一皮むけような★ ＭＶＰ２ ユウタ！！なんか出そうな感じだったが… ついに封印をといた！ ベストタイム ５０Ｆｒ３７．２２が
５０Ｆｒ３５．３４！！！！ジュニア指導はこれがあるから面白い！！ まさに水泳科学反応！！  ユウタ＆カンタロウ！ カンタロウもベスト更新！ １０月のアサノコーチの一言感想！ １０月はドリル月間でした♪ １０月ははっきりいってそんなに泳いでないんです！ 最後の３０分は全てドリル！ 一回の練習トータルも１５００もいってない！ そのなかでナカナカベスト率よかったし！（７５％くらい） きっとみんながよく話しを目を見て話を聞いて、理解してくれたから しかーし！！明日から合宿まで距離を増やします！持久力をもっとつけよう！ 合宿前泳ぎ込み週間！！！ 頑張ろうぜーー♪  カッキーン！！！
